At Grupo Garay, we specialise in the collection, repair and distribution of pallets, combining logistical efficiency with a commitment to the environment. We operate as an official partner of LPR in several regions, managing the full traceability of the reusable pallet cycle and ensuring that pallets are maintained to European quality standards.

We have operational centres in Móstoles, Málaga and Alcázar de San Juan, from which we coordinate the collection, sorting, repair and redistribution of units, tailoring our services to the needs of each client and logistics platform.

Our model is based on the circular economy, the optimisation of logistics flows and rapid response, contributing to a more sustainable, cost-effective and traceable supply chain.

LPR Comprehensive pallet management

Collection, repair and redistribution for LPR from our facilities in Alcázar de San Juan, Móstoles and Málaga. The Garay Group operates as an authorised LPR logistics centre, providing comprehensive management of the reusable pallet cycle with full traceability and in compliance with European standards.

Nuestra actividad se estructura en tres fases operativas:

Collection and reception

We coordinate the collection of used pallets from logistics hubs, distribution centres and end customers.

We ensure traceability by order and origin, recording each unit in the LPR control system.

We carry out an initial visual inspection to separate units that are fit for purpose, damaged or do not meet specifications.

Repair and refurbishment

Damaged units are moved to the repair area, where standardised procedures are followed to:

Replacement of boards, joists and structural elements.
Verification of dimensions, strength and stability.
Cleaning and refurbishment for logistics use.

The entire process is carried out in accordance with LPR’s technical specifications, ensuring safe and efficient reuse.

Redistribution and delivery

Repaired and inspected pallets are returned to the logistics network, ready to be redistributed to new loading points.
We coordinate deliveries according to route planning, optimising times and reducing operating costs.
We maintain a dynamic stock level to meet peaks in demand and ensure continuity of service.

This working model enables LPR and its customers to benefit from a circular logistics system, which reduces environmental impact, improves operational efficiency and ensures the availability of vehicles in optimal condition.
